About Me

I am a licensed clinical social worker that has been practicing in Texas for 7 years. I am passionate about educating families and individuals on diagnosis like ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Disruptive Mood Dysregulation Disorder, and Reactive Attachment Disorder. I love helping individuals and families gain a deeper level of self-awareness and confidence. I am EMDR trained and skilled in working with trauma and attachment issues. I strive to build skills to better understand yourself and your needs.

I am deeply committed to guiding individuals and families towards harmony and self-awareness, illuminating pathways for them to thrive in their relationships. With an interactive, compassionate, and direct counseling style, I tailor my approach to meet clients at their current stage of growth, providing clarity and practical support. Individual Therapy

Full hour sessions tailored to fit your schedule. I meet you where you are and work to help you achieve your goals.

Family Therapy

I work with families to equip them with the resources they need to flourish together and/or assisting them in resolving familial challenges.

Group Therapy

I facilitate a group tailored for neurodivergent young adults, focusing on skill-building and fostering a sense of community. Stay tuned for additional group offerings in the near future.
